Return Window: Zomaco guarantees a high-quality ring and offers a 30-day return window for any reason. To qualify for a refund, the ring must be returned in the same condition it was sent out (unworn), along with the original packaging and the certificate associated with the gemstone.

Return Instructions:

  • Please ensure the ring is unworn and returned in its original condition.
  • The certificate for the gemstone must accompany the ring for a refund. If the certificate is missing, a recertification fee will apply.

Resizing: If your ring requires resizing, please contact us for a quote. Once we receive your ring, we can resize it and ship it back to you promptly.
