We guide you step by step to create a meaningful piece, from the very first idea to the moment you wear it for the first time.
Step 1
Initial consultation
We start with a one–on–one call or meeting where you tell us about the occasion, your style and your budget. You can share photos, references, or special pieces you would like to use as inspiration.
With this information we define the design direction together and answer all your questions about materials, timing, and customization options.
Step 2
Design & visualization
Our design team translates your ideas into sketches and digital models. We share several options so you can see shapes, proportions, and details before making any final decision.
We refine the design with you until it reflects exactly what you want to gift or wear, always keeping comfort and durability in mind.
Step 3
Diamonds, gems & metals
We present a curated selection of diamonds and gemstones and explain their characteristics so you can choose with confidence. Together we also define the ideal metal and finish for your piece.
Our goal is to find the perfect balance between sparkle, meaning, and budget while maintaining Zomaco’s quality standards.
Step 4
Crafting & delivery
Once your final design is approved, our artisans begin handcrafting your piece in our studio. Depending on its complexity, the process typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Before completion, every detail of the setting and finish is meticulously inspected and refined to ensure it meets our highest standards and yours.
