If you are interested in a piece of jewelry that was once on the website but no longer is a listed product, please email us, and we will provide information on if the item can be ordered. X. Custom Orders
Zomaco Fine Jewelry does offer custom modifications to the jewelry pieces on our website, but these modifications have to be detailed through email in order to be considered. If you are interested in altering a product you must email contact@zomacojewelry.com . The Zomaco Fine Jewelry team will confirm if these modifications can take place. Only after the modifications are confirmed by a Zomaco Fine Jewelry team member can you proceed to place the order through our website and we will communicate any updates over these modified pieces.
Since these custom items will have been altered from their descriptions on our website, they are not eligible for returns unless specified by a Zomaco Fine Jewelry team member.
XI. Certifications
Zomaco Fine Jewelry guarantees a GIA or IGI certification for any diamond purchases through this website. These certificates are for the authenticity and quality of said stones. This certificate includes a grading report from any one of these third party entities, GIA, IGI and or the GRA as well as a warranty card. A serial code is engraved in the diamond that is miniscule but serves as a means to protect the integrity of the stone. It is in the customers best interest to safeguard these documents. Zomaco Fine Jewelry does not keep a copy and if a customer loses their certificate they will have to pay a fee if they want to get a duplicate certificate of the diamond. If you plan to return an item, it must include this certificate in order for the refund to be processed successfully. In the case, the certificate is missing, there will be The customer is also encouraged to register this stone to themselves through these third party laboratories (i.e. GIA, IGI, GRA) so that in the case they do misplace the certificate these services can proceed to assist you with your copy.
XII. Cancellations of Orders
Zomaco Fine Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any product or service for any customer, at any time, and for any reason. In the event of such a cancellation, the customer will be notified in a timely manner and will be given various options to remedy the issue. In the case the order is cancelled and no other remedy is chosen, the customer will receive a full refund of their purchase.
