At Zomaco Fine Jewelry, every piece is crafted with precision and care. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, the following policies apply:
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
All custom-designed and made-to-order jewelry, including engagement rings, are final sale and non-refundable. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Resizing
We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery (excluding eternity bands and certain custom designs).
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at zomacojewelry@gmail.com with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at zomacojewelry@gmail.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
