When you opt in to receive text messages from Zomaco, you may receive SMS and MMS messages related to your ring design, saved configurations, appointment scheduling, order updates, and related communications from Zomaco. These messages are sent to help you stay connected with Zomaco regarding your jewelry inquiry.
Consent & Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Zomaco ring builder and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Zomaco at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the ring builder tool. You may use the ring builder without opting in to text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Zomaco. Typical messages include appointment confirmations, follow-ups on saved ring designs, and responses to your inquiries. You will not receive more than 3 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Zomaco is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Zomaco. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. 3. Custom Jewelry Orders
Custom jewelry orders are final once approved.

Zomaco is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from approved designs.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fine and custom jewelry:

8. Gemstones & Diamonds
We offer both lab-grown and natural diamonds and gemstones.

Zomaco does not guarantee exact visual matches to images.
